• We have invested in over 90 companies mainly in the US, and have structured and advised a number of transactions, and presently working on multiple transactions, including a large financing of Pre IPO transactions

GCC & MENA OPERATIONS:

• We are presently working on a number of transitions, including an M&A transaction  in a leading Waste Management company

• We are advising a MENA region Target for a SPAC
