He has structured and completed numerous Private Placements in US Companies, and has extensive knowledge in both Private Equity and PIPE (Private Investments in Public Equities) transactions, and Pre-IPO Investments in Technology Companies.

Nicholas, born in Malta, spent his professional career in Los Angeles and London across various areas such as real estate, capital markets, corporate finance and principal investing in the mining, biotechnology, energy, entertainment, media, gaming, technology, telecommunications and internet sectors.
Nicholas; is responsible for the structuring of all cryptocurrency transactions at Silver Rock Group.
In 1995, Nicholas founded Greystone Capital Limited in LA and served as Chief Executive Officer, in which was involved in the placement of over $150,000,000 in equity and other products for development stage technology companies listed in the US on the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and AMEX.
In 1998 Nicholas moved to London and was appointed Chief Investment Officer of the Isosceles Fund Ltd which was in a strategic relationship with Cefeo Investments S.A. the investment arm of Banca Privata Edmond de Rothschild.
In 2001 Nicholas founded Navigator Asset Management Limited (”NAML”) in Nevis, where between 2001 and 2011, Nicholas was the CEO and CIO of its wholly owned subsidiary. NAML invested approximately €100,000,000 in public companies across different capital markets (involved in 2007 in Colombia Gold plc restructuring and fund raising then acquired by Medoro Resources Inc. as well as Monterra S.A. trade sale to Lucky Mnerals both acquiring companies listed on TSX, amomg others).
In 2011, Nicholas founded Norwegian Minerals Group AS in Oslo, sold in a trade sale to Dalradian Resources Inc. that was listed on the TSX.
Nicholas graduated with a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering with high honours in 1984 from the New Mexico Institute of Mining & Technology, Socorro, New Mexico, USA.
Born in Italy Matteospent almost 20 experience in capital markets and trading between Rome, Milan and London.
In 2019 Matteo joined the Silver Rock Group and is responsible for new business development and marketing to institutional investors.
In 2001 Matteo worked for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Rome and Milan in M&A then moved to London with a role for Fitch Ratings specializing in structured products. He also worked for NewSmith Financial Advisory (Unicredit Bank Group) a hedge fund specialized in trading sophisticate structured products such as CDOs.
From 2009 Matteo worked for Tassi& Co International Financial Services a UK based company regulated by the FCA. At Tassi Group he was also advisor for Credit Suisse SA. He also worked as equity portfolio manager investing in main exchanges.
Matteo holds a degree in Law from the University of Bologna and MasterinFinance from the University “La Sapienza” in Rome.
Matteo brings a highly disciplined approach to the team thanks to his background in trading and valuation. Matteo speaks, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
Vadim brings his expertise in IT-Networks and Security/Infrastructure design, being a cybersecurity expert and IT-engineer with more than 15 years extensive experience. He have been advising many corporations, financial institutions, government special services.
He is a founder and CTO/Chief Architect of CrypviserGmbh, Dusseldorf. Crypviser is a disruptive hi-tech start-up. At Crypviser Vadim was responsible for the core blockchain platform architecture, security/ cryptographic model design and development with over 25 people in his team.
Previously Vadim was also CTO and CIO at CVChainGmbh, a Swiss based company, specialized on cryptocurrencies, crypto tokens development, crypto exchange operations, trading and crowdfunding.
Vadim holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Urban Development and Architecture at Artsakh State University, Armenia. He also holds a Certified Cisco Network Professional (CCNP security)from Moscow Techical University of Communication and Informatics (MTUCI) and a CCNA Security and Networkin both released from Cisco Networking Academy.
Qais Gharaibeh is an entrepreneurial executive with over two decades of experience in the Middle East region and is well tuned to the commercial practices and business culture within the region.
Qais spent most of his career in executive leadership positions working for enterprise Software and technology companies like SAP, EMC and HP where he developed and successfully executed market strategies, hired and lead high performing teams that led to consistent success, growth and market leadership for these organizations.
Qais’s passion to entrepreneurialship has led him to found and successfully bring two companies to profit and sustainable growth. Qais is experienced in setting up businesses, building market coverage and helping organizations scale and gain market share leadership. Qais currently manages and supervises several ventures he is invested in and holds several board and advisory positions with technology companies and start-ups.
