Ezzat Jallad, Managing Director, Group

Ezzat Jallad is responsible for the Group’s Strategy & Management as well as the structuring of the transactions
For the last 25 years, Mr. Jallad has been investing in small and medium-sized companies. He has structured and completed numerous Private Placements in US Companies, and has extensive knowledge in both Private Equity and PIPE (Private Investments in Public Equities) transactions, and Pre-IPO Investments in Technology Companies.
Ezzat Jallad founded the Silver Rock Group.

· · Ayad Launched his career in The US, contin in Europe and the Middle East. He worked for the Major Swiss banks such as HSBC Private Bank, Merrill Lynch International, Julius Baer and Credit Suisse

· Ayad has more than 20 years exposure to the financial world, he has held numerous positions globally

· Ayad is a seasoned banker with a sophisticated mind allowing him to match the needs of his clients to the opportunities in hand.

· In 2019, Ayad moved to the Private Equity space focusing on offering access to Late Stage Pre IPO shares in US companies. The network that Ayad built throughout his career gave him an exposure spreading to different markets.·

Kamal is actively engaged in global investment banking and venture capital activity.
Founder of KCP Capital, a Dubai-based advisory firm. Member of the board of various technology start ups in the GCC and North America.
Engaged in the investment banking and financial transactions arena in the Middle East, Russia, Africa and other markets for a period of almost 20 years.Worked for top tier investment banks such as Merrill Lynch and Salomon Smith Barney from 1997 to 2003.Holds Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut ( With Distinction) and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
Fluent in Arabic, English, French and Spanish.

Qais Gharaibeh is an entrepreneurial executive with over two decades of experience in the Middle East region and is well tuned to the commercial practices and business culture within the region.
Qais spent most of his career in executive leadership positions working for enterprise Software and technology companies like SAP, EMC and HP where he developed and successfully executed market strategies, hired and lead high performing teams that led to consistent success, growth and market leadership for these organizations.
Qais’s passion to entrepreneurialship has led him to found and successfully bring two companies to profit and sustainable growth. Qais is experienced in setting up businesses, building market coverage and helping organizations scale and gain market share leadership. Qais currently manages and supervises several ventures he is invested in and holds several board and advisory positions with technology companies and start-ups.
